Amharc ar fhreagraI am informed by the Immigration Division of my Department that the person in question was granted permission to remain in the State on the 11th of August 2005 following a Family Reunification application. I understand that the person's permission to remain expired on the 13th March 2007. The Immigration Division has recently written to the person concerned regarding this matter and it is now open to the person referred to by the Deputy to contact their local Immigration Officer to seek to renew their permission to remain.
