Ceist:234 Mr. Connaughton asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the outcome of an appeal for extra entitlements for a person (details supplied) in County Galway; if her attention has been drawn to the fact that the farmer in question lost four cows from their quota of twenty cows in 2002, if her further attention has been drawn to the fact that they did their best to have them replaced on time; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
