324 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children further to Parliamentary Question No. 300 of 6 February 2007, the action that has been taken to resolve the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; if an appointment at the Mater Private hospital has been arranged; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I am advised by the National Treatment Purchase Fund that, due to the indisposition of the consultant at the Mater Private Hospital with whom an arrangement had been made to see the person referred to in the Deputy's question, it is now in contact with the Blackrock Clinic with the agreement of the individual concerned.
