111 Mr. Kehoe asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the status of the application by a person (details supplied) in County Wexford; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [13599/07]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe person in question made an application for permission to remain in the State on the basis of family dependency in May 2006. An initial request for documentation issued in November 2006 and although some documentation was received in December 2006, it was insufficient to finalise the application. The necessary supporting documentation has now been received by my Department from the person in question. The application is currently under consideration and is expected to be finalised within a short period of time.
