574 Mr. S. Ryan asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government when he will make a decision in respect of the grant application from Fingal County Council in respect of the replacement of the steel windows in and the refurbishment of the houses in an estate (details supplied) in County Dublin. My Department recently met with Fingal County Council as part of the Housing Action Plan process for 2007. It is now a matter for the local authority to forward a programme of improvement works for 2007 to the Department.
