187 Ms C. Murphy asked the Minister for Education and Science if a new primary school will open in September 2007 in Celbridge; if enrolments are being accepted for this school; if a board of management or patron is in place; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [15697/07]
Amharc ar fhreagraI am pleased to inform the Deputy that I have approved the establishment of a new Parish primary school in Celbridge to commence operation next September. The relevant Sections in the Department have been notified of my decision. This will activate the required sanctions to enable all of the appropriate procedures to put in place to get the school up and running.
