Ceist:346 Deputy Paul Kehoe asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the reason people are recommended to send a photocopy of their licence with payment in processing their payment of their penalty points instead of being told that they must send a photocopy of their licence; and the number of persons who have had their fines increased from €60 to €90 due to such confusion.
