1018 Deputy Willie Penrose asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will take steps to have an application processed for a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath to remain as a self employed person here; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [20493/07]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe person concerned made an application for permission to establish and operate a business within the State in November 2006. Documentation has been requested, however, the person concerned has encountered difficulties in obtaining the documentation required to finalise his application. Additional time has been given to the applicant to allow him acquire the documentation and a decision shall be reached on receipt of same.
