277 Deputy John Perry asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason a claim by a person (details supplied) under the long-stay patient repayment scheme on behalf of their deceased mother was turned down despite the fact that they were a patient in a public bed in a private nursing home; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
