306 Deputy Olivia Mitchell asked the Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism the cost to date of legal and consultant costs incurred in connection with legal cases involving CSID since 2005; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [35041/07]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe legal and consultant costs incurred in connection with legal cases involving Campus and Stadium Ireland Development Ltd. (CSID), from 2005 and up to its dissolution at the end of 2006 was €1,323,080. From the beginning of 2007, the functions of CSID were taken over by the statutorily established National Sports Campus Development Authority (NSCDA).
