378 Deputy Brian Hayes asked the Minister for Education and Science if it is policy in her Department to restrict members of political organisations or individuals other than members of the media from receiving press releases relating to her Department by e-mail; if so, the reason this is the case; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Outside groups, including political organisations, are also included in the circulation list for direct electronic receipt of copies of press releases.
