181 Deputy Eamon Scanlon asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Finance when outstanding tax owed to a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim will be awarded; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [5158/08]
Amharc ar fhreagraI am advised by the Revenue Commissioners that amended returns for the named person were submitted to Sligo Revenue District on 14 January 2008 which required some further amendment. A refund has been processed and will issue shortly.
