497 Deputy Paul Kehoe asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government the level of professional fees being paid on a scheme (details supplied), or expected to be paid on this scheme, to completion; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [10091/08]

The level of professional fees for the scheme concerned is 9% of the net construction cost (excluding VAT). The fees are for a full multidisciplinary service including architectural, civil and structural engineering and quantity surveying consultancy service.
