419 Deputy Pat Breen asked the Minister for Health and Children further to Question No. 159 of 3 October 2007 (details supplied), when a reply will issue from the Health Service Executive; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [12070/08]
Amharc ar fhreagraI understand from the Health Service Executive that at the time of the Deputy's request last October a number of similar representations were received in respect of this matter. Due to an oversight by the Health Service Executive, a reply was not issued to the Deputy. However, the Health Service Executive has advised me that a reply to this case issued to the Deputy on 31st March last, with sincere apologies for the delay.
