1278 Deputy Fergus O’Dowd asked the Minister for Social and Family Affairs the number, type and purchasing and leasing cost and CO2 emissions of vehicles acquired by her Department for each of the past three years; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [29557/08]

The Department does not purchase or lease any vehicles. The acquisition of the Ministerial fleet is a function of the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform.
