112 Deputy Frank Feighan asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government the position regarding the completion process for a person (details supplied) in County Roscommon relating to the sale of bog under cessation of turf cutting scheme in bogs situated in special areas of conservation in County Roscommon: and when this case will be finalised and payment approved. A letter of offer issued to the vendor in October 2006 in this case. However, my Department is advised by the Chief State Solicitor's Office that contracts have not yet been received from the vendor's solicitor in response to this offer.
