95 Deputy Tom Hayes asked the Minister for Health and Children if there is a site available to a centre (details supplied) in County Tipperary for the provision of a residential facility for persons with special needs; and if a site is available, when work will commence on same. [36316/08]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe Deputy's question relates to the management and delivery of health and personal social services, which under the Health Act, 2004 are the responsibility of the Health Service Executive. Accordingly, my Department has requested the Parliamentary Affairs Division of the Executive to arrange to have this matter investigated and to have a reply issued directly to the Deputy.
