Amharc ar fhreagraI have been informed by the General Immigration Division of my Department that following the receipt of a request from the solicitor of the person referred to by the Deputy (in his Parliamentary Question of 5th June 2008), an application form for a change of name licence was forwarded by that Division by registered post to the solicitor in question on the 6th June 2008. Having failed to receive a response a follow-up letter was forwarded to the applicant's solicitor on the 13th October 2008. To date, no reply to either of the letters has been received.
