40 Deputy David Stanton asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, further to Parliamentary Question No. 992 of 24 September 2008, if the strategic document to outline the vision, mission and objectives of the National Disability Strategy has been completed; if not, when he expects it to be completed and published; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I have already indicated in response to Question No. 992 of 24 September 2008, that a strategic document on the National Disability Strategy which will outline the vision, mission and strategic objectives under the Strategy is due to be finalised later in the year and will be published as soon as possible afterwards. That remains the position.
