Amharc ar fhreagraAs outlined in my response to Parliamentary Question No 211 of 25th September 2008, I have been informed by the Immigration Division of my Department that contact was made with the person referred to in the Deputy's Question on 11 July 2008 and 24th September 2008, seeking documentation in order to process their application. To date the Immigration Division has not received this documentation.
