471 Deputy Mary Upton asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if he has received a copy of the revised policy for the taking in charge of estates by a county council (details supplied); if he will provide a copy of same; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Meath County Council has updated its policy on taking in charge of estates in accordance with my Department's Circular Letter PD 1/08 and the revised policy statement is available on the Council's website, www.meath.ie.
