138 Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when a naturalisation certificate will re-issue in respect of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 7; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [9448/09]
Amharc ar fhreagraA certificate of naturalisation was issued to the person referred to in the Deputy's Question on 1 February, 2002. Officials in the Citizenship Division of my Department inform me that they have not had a request from the person concerned to have a copy of his certificate re-issued. The appropriate questionnaire in relation to lost certificates of naturalisation was issued to the person concerned on 2 March, 2009.
