214 Deputy Michael Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food when he proposes to publish the Green Paper on the review of the Common Fisheries Policy; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [13882/09]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe Green Paper on the Review of the Common Fisheries Policy is being prepared by the EU Commission. I would expect that the Commission will publish this paper very shortly as it has advised that it will be presenting it to the EU Fisheries Council at its next meeting on 23rd April 2009.
