322 Deputy Phil Hogan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food the outcome of an appeal in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Carlow for single farm payment; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [14073/09]
Amharc ar fhreagraA review of this case was carried out by my Department. The original decision was upheld and this was notified to the appellant on the 12th of March 2009. The Appellant was advised that if he was dissatisfied with this decision, he could appeal to the Agriculture Appeals Office within three months. To-date, the Agriculture Appeals Office has not received an appeal from the appellant.
