460 Deputy Mary Upton asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will ensure that appropriate action is taken by the gardaí in Blanchardstown following threats to kill made against a person (details supplied) in Dublin 15. [15648/09]
Amharc ar fhreagraI am informed by the Garda authorities that local Garda management is aware of the incident referred to by the Deputy. A statement of complaint has been taken from the injured party and the matter is under investigation. On completion of the investigation, an investigation file will be prepared and submitted to the Law Officers. Crime prevention and personal security advice has also been provided to the person concerned.
