139 Deputy David Stanton asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, further to Parliamentary Question No. 79 of 25 February 2009, if the report on the analysis of Garda youth diversion projects has been completed; if he has published same; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I wish to inform the Deputy that the Irish Youth Justice Service report on the baseline analysis of the Garda Youth Diversion Projects has been completed. The report is currently being examined by my officials. I expect it to be ready for publication shortly.
