304 Deputy Ruairí Quinn asked the Minister for Transport the amount of mobile telephone bills paid for the departmental mobile telephone assigned to him by his Department in each of the years 2007, 2008 and to date in 2009; the percentage or amount of same for each year which applies to data charges; the percentage or amount of same for each year which applies to roaming charges; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
