214 Deputy Noel Ahern asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment when a person (details supplied) will receive the revenue refund due to them on the redundancy payment they made to their employee several months ago. [33918/09]
Amharc ar fhreagraFrom the records held by my Department in relation to Redundancy payments, I am advised that a rebate payment in respect of the individual named and employed by the company issued in August 2009. The one aspect which does not match our records is the PPS number quoted by the Deputy for the individual concerned.
