Ceist:465 Deputy John McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children if a person (details supplied) who was in full-time employment with the South Eastern Health Board and the Health Service Executive for 26 years as a laboratory aide at St. Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny, will be restored to that position in view of the circumstances of his case; if she will insist on the HSE taking action in the case.
