Durkan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if a review will be undertaken regarding an application for residency in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Dublin who submitted documentation to his Department regarding the serious threat to their life on their return to their homeland; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
