The person concerned has been notified of the decision. The Social Welfare Appeals Office is an office of the Department that is independently responsible for determining appeals against decisions on social welfare entitlements.

Following the submission of additional information the Appeals Officer reviewed the case, but found that there were no new facts or fresh evidence that would warrant a revision of the original decision. The Social Welfare Appeals Office is an office of the Department that is independently responsible for determining appeals against decisions on social welfare entitlements.
