230 Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason women in County Donegal, who require a follow-up appointment after BreastCheck, are being directed to Galway when facilities are available in Letterkenny; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The matter raised by the Deputy is the responsibility of the National Cancer Screening Service. Accordingly, my Department has requested the Chief Executive Officer of the Service to respond directly to the Deputy on the matter.
