279 Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if a lack of stamp four status will exclude a person (details supplied) in Dublin 20 from qualification for the rental accommodation scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [41502/09]
Amharc ar fhreagraStamp 4 denotes that the holder has an immigration permission to be in the State and the right to work without the need for an employment permit. It does not confer on the holder an entitlement to any particular public service or funding. Such matters are determined by the relevant government departments or State agencies.
