72 Deputy Joanna Tuffy asked the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs if there will be changes in regard to the operation of scéim labhairt na gaeilge and scéim na bhfoghlaimeoirí gaeilge proposed for 2010; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [41651/09]
Amharc ar fhreagraAs the Deputy is aware, both these schemes are the subject of recommendations made in the Report of the Special Group on Public Service Numbers and Expenditure Programmes. Any changes with regard to the operation of these schemes will be considered in the context of the work of the Cabinet Committee on the Irish Language and the Gaeltacht, as well as in the context of the 2010 Budget.
