425 Deputy Michael Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food the number of staff in his Department who have applied for benefit under the incentivised scheme for early retirement; the number of staff that have been approved for early retirement; and if he will make a statement on the matter. 125 applications have been received from staff in my Department under the incentivised scheme of early retirement. 117 have been approved, 7 have been withdrawn and 1 has been refused.
