Ceist:111 Deputy John Cregan asked the Minister for Health and Children if she will confirm that sleep apnoea sufferers who rent CPAP machines are entitled to have this rental refunded under the drugs subsidy scheme; if there are specific guidelines regarding payment of this refund in each Health Service Executive Region; and if these payments are awarded without delay.
