Amharc ar fhreagraI have been informed by the Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service (INIS) that an application for a "Without Condition As To Time" endorsement, otherwise know as a Stamp 5, was received from the person in question on the 12 November 2009. The application was processed and an approval letter was issued and forwarded by registered post to the person in question on the 26 November 2009. Records from An Post show that the letter was delivered and received on the 27 November 2009.
