558 Deputy Brian O’Shea asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when he will receive the final report of the Law Reform Commission on debt management and debt enforcement; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [1033/10]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe Law Reform Commission has indicated that the date for completion of submissions on its Consultation Paper on Personal Debt Management and Debt Enforcement is the end of January 2010. It is aiming to have its Final Report available by end of August 2010.
