315 Deputy John McGuinness asked the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if the full single farm payment will be awarded in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; if the applicant is due arrears or top up payment; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraAn application under the 2009 Single Payment Scheme was received from the person named on 14 May 2009. Full payment has issued in respect of this application; the advance payment issued on 19 October 2009 and the balancing payment on 1 December 2009. Both payments issued directly to the nominated bank account of the person named.
