52 Deputy Willie Penrose asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government when the new house price database will be available; if it is intended that the necessary legislative changes will have been made to enable the publication of house selling prices when the house price database is available; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I refer to the reply to Question No. 308 of 15 December 2009. The relevant Government Departments and agencies will be working in the coming months with a view to the development, as soon as possible, of the new house price database.
