444 Deputy Ulick Burke asked the Minister for Social and Family Affairs the number of fraudulent claims that have been identified by her Department for both Galway city and county in 2009; the amount of moneys involved in these fraudulent claims; the most common cases involved in these claims; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
