Broughan asked the Minister for Transport if he has been briefed by Bus Éireann on the recently announced programme of cutbacks to routes and services; if his attention has been drawn to the cancellation of the morning Bus Éireann service from Carrigans via St. Johnston and Raphoe in County Donegal which affects many communities in east Donegal; the steps he is taking to address the problem of the public transport gap in rural communities; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
