198 Deputy Seán Sherlock asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if resources will be allocated for refurbishment works on Fermoy Garda station, County Cork; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [7044/10]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe Garda accommodation programme is based on agreed priorities established by An Garda Síochána and it is brought forward in close cooperation with the Office of Public Works, which has responsibility for the provision and maintenance of Garda accommodation. Garda accommodation requirements are considered in the context of the Garda Síochána's identified accommodation priorities and in light of available resources.I regret that the information requested by the Deputy is not readily to hand. I will write to the Deputy as soon as it is available.
