227 Deputy Róisín Shortall asked the Minister for Health and Children further to Question No. 203 of 10 November 2009, the reason her Department has not issued a full refund in respect of an X-ray charge; and if she will expedite this matter. [7645/10]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe HSE confirmed with my Department on 1 December 2009 that the X-ray charge had been collected in error, and would be refunded to the patient concerned. I have again asked the HSE to confirm that the refund has been made, and to reply as a matter of urgency to the Deputy.
