Ceist:548 Deputy Olwyn Enright asked the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources if his attention has been drawn to the fact that a significant number of applicants under the home energy saving scheme do not have bank accounts and that applications have been returned on this basis stating that the application cannot be processed; the procedure he will put in place to assist and facilitate these applications; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
