Bobby Aylward

Ceist:

200 Deputy Bobby Aylward asked the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources if he will introduce the option to make it possible to pay a television licence on a quarterly or half yearly basis similar to that which pertains for car tax in view of the fact that the television licence is causing financial hardship to many persons at this time.
