210 Deputy Charlie O’Connor asked the Minister for Health and Children the timetable for the report of the Needs Assessment Committee which met for the first time on 4 February 2010; the terms of reference; the names and qualifications of the members of this committee; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I understand that the Deputy is referring to the Single Assessment Tool Working Group. As this group was established by the Health Service Executive, the matter has been referred to the Executive for direct reply.
