254 Deputy Joe Costello asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he has received the report from the Garda team which was sent to Slovakia to investigate the airport security exercise which caused explosives to be carried here by aircraft in January 2010; if he will publish the findings; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraI refer the Deputy to my replies to Questions Nos. 3 and 19 of 4 February 2010. As I indicated, the Garda Commissioner has appointed a Detective Chief Superintendent to inquire into all the circumstances surrounding the incident. That inquiry is ongoing and the report is awaited. When the report is completed I will consider what further action, if any, is required on my part and what information may be made publicly available.
