Amharc ar fhreagraThe Ballyna Regional Water Supply Scheme was included in my Department's Water Services Investment Programme 2007 — 2009. My Department is awaiting the submission of Kildare County Council's brief for the appointment of consultants to prepare a Preliminary Report for the scheme. Following the receipt and examination of this documentation, a decision will be notified to the Council as soon as possible in light of the finalisation of the Water Services Investment Programme for 2010-2012 which I expect to publish shortly.
