57 Deputy Billy Timmins asked the Minister for Health and Children the position regarding an application in respect of persons (details supplied) in County Carlow; if this will be examined and amended; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [10936/10]
Amharc ar fhreagraAs this is a service matter it has been referred to the Health Service Executive for direct reply to the Deputy. I wish to advise the Deputy that, due to an intensification of industrial action in the public service by members of IMPACT, the HSE may not be in a position to provide a response to this Parliamentary Question within the normal timeframe.
